Terms & Condition
Iron Status operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
This means you are entitled to a remedy if your product is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what you ordered.
Where a major problem exists, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Where the problem is minor, we will repair or replace the item within a reasonable timeframe.
2. Exchanges (Size Issues Only)
We understand sizing can be tricky, so we offer exchanges for size issues only.
Exchange Conditions:
You may request a size exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
You must cover the return postage costs for the exchange.
Once the item is returned and inspected, we will re-ship the new size.
Please note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or wrong size choice, except where required under the ACL.
3. Production
All Iron Status products are made to order using high-quality print-on-demand manufacturing.
This allows us to:
Reduce waste
Guarantee fresh, newly produced gear
Offer unique ranked gym wear without mass production
Maintain consistent quality across all items
Because of this process, production and shipping can take approximately 1–3 weeks.
Most orders arrive sooner, but this timeframe ensures every piece is crafted specifically for you.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Standard production and delivery time is 1–3 weeks.
Shipping times may vary based on location, carrier delays, or peak periods.
Once an order is placed, it begins production immediately and cannot be cancelled unless required by the ACL.
5. Incorrect or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us at contact@ironstatus.com.au within 7 days of receiving the item.
Please include photos and a description of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with the ACL.
6. Order Information
You are responsible for ensuring:
Your address details are correct
You choose the correct size based on the size guide provided
We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect customer information.
7. Intellectual Property
All Iron Status branding, graphics, level system designs, and product concepts are the intellectual property of Iron Status.
These may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
